Due to the many and frequent requests for more events, we have added June 12 to the GAV West Coast calendar. We're pretty excited about it.

This is the last chance for teams to gear up before AVPs in Virginia Beach and Belmar. Or, it's the last chance to gear up for cleverly sandbagging other events while all the big fish go to Virginia Beach and Belmar. Whatever your m.o., play this event and don't be selfish -- tell your friends about it. You'll be glad you did. Jack might even give you a (bro)hug as a thank you for making the event better.

As usual, help the check-in process by getting there as close to 8:30 as you can. There's a pretty solid diner just up the steps from the park.

Non-Open-level divisions are still the best bargain in California: $20 per TEAM, and only $10/team with a student-i.d. Open Division is $60/team. And the guaranteed prize money in Open is $800 per division, and $40 will be added for every team over 20.

Don't have a partner? Get your significant other to join you in the co-ed division. How can they say no?
